The usage requirements for the saw blade of a flying saw are:
When working, make sure that the components are fixed. The positioning of the profiles should be in line with the direction of entry to avoid abnormal entry. Do not apply side pressure or curve cutting. The entry should be smooth to prevent the blade from making impact contact with the components, which may cause the saw blade to break or the workpiece to fly out, resulting in an accident.
When working, if abnormal sounds or vibrations are detected, the cutting surface is rough, or there is an unpleasant smell, the operation should be immediately stopped. Timely inspection and troubleshooting should be carried out to prevent accidents.
When starting and stopping the cutting, do not feed the tool too fast to avoid causing broken teeth and damage.
If cutting aluminum alloy or other metals, special cooling and lubricating fluid should be used to prevent the saw blade from overheating, causing tooth clogging and affecting the cutting quality.
The chip removal trough and the slag suction device of the equipment should be ensured to be unobstructed to prevent the accumulation of slag into blocks, which may affect production and safety.
When doing dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time to avoid affecting the service life of the saw blade and the cutting effect. When cutting wet discs, water needs to be added for cutting to prevent electric leakage.
