In the production process of a certain aluminum door and window manufacturing factory, burrs were produced shortly after the aluminum saw blade was cut. The machine tool was inspected and found to meet the requirements in terms of accuracy and all functions. No abnormalities were found in the materials or the methods of operating the base of the aluminum saw blade. After observation, it was found that the temperature at the cross-section of the sawn material rose significantly. The cutting parameters were immediately adjusted and the burr state was eliminated. This is a typical case of unreasonable setting of cutting parameters. Under the condition that the machine tool, saw blade and materials are all normal, the reasonable selection of cutting parameters is very important.
