Ferrous Alloys

In steel production enterprises, circular saw blades are used to cut continuous casting billets into steel billets of specific lengths for subsequent processing. In steel processing workshops, circular saw blades of various specifications can cut hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel plates and strips into plates of different sizes, which are applied in construction, machinery manufacturing, automotive industry and other fields.

For seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes, circular saw blades can cut pipes into required lengths according to different usage and specification requirements. In industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering and power, a large number of steel pipes with different lengths and diameters are needed. Circular saw blades can efficiently and accurately complete the cutting task, ensure the quality of pipe cuttings, and facilitate subsequent connection and installation. 

Non-ferrous Alloys

Aluminum alloys, with advantages such as light weight and corrosion resistance, are widely used in aerospace, automotive, electronics and other industries. In aluminum alloy processing, circular saw blades can be used to cut aluminum alloy plates, profiles and pipes.

Copper alloys, featuring good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, are often used in electrical, mechanical and other fields. Circular saw blades can cut copper alloy plates and bars to manufacture various electrical components and mechanical parts. 

Titanium Alloy Field

Titanium alloys are widely used in the aerospace field due to their high strength, low density and good corrosion resistance. In the manufacturing of titanium alloy components, circular saw blades are used to cut titanium alloy billets, providing blanks for subsequent processing. Circular saw blades can cut titanium alloy plates or bars into specific shapes and sizes, providing basic materials for medical device manufacturing. As medical devices have extremely high requirements for material precision and quality, circular saw blades need to have high precision and good cutting performance to ensure that the cut titanium alloy materials meet the manufacturing standards of medical devices.

High-temperature Alloy Field

 High-temperature alloys, with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and thermal corrosion resistance, are the main materials for key components of aero-engines. In aero-engine component processing, circular saw blades are used to cut blanks of high-temperature alloy turbine blades, combustion chambers and other components. Due to the high processing difficulty of high-temperature alloys, circular saw blades are required to have high wear resistance, heat resistance and cutting performance. Special tool materials and coating technologies are usually adopted to improve the service life and cutting efficiency of circular saw blades.

In energy fields such as power and petrochemical industry, some components working in high-temperature and high-pressure environments also use high-temperature alloys. Circular saw blades can cut high-temperature alloys to manufacture components meeting requirements.
